Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy sector, including renewables, thermal power, grid infrastructure, and energy transition services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and financial institutions.
Support the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
Monitor tender platforms and industry news to track upcoming projects and opportunities.
Represent Nippon Koei Energy at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage Nippon Koei Energy’s international expertise and references.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or Engineering Consultant Good business acumen and understanding of the engineering consulting business.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian energy market, regulatory landscape, and key players.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in teams.
Good knowledge of the latest energy news and trends.
Strong sense of priority, analytical skills and meticulous.
Good planner and organizer in various circumstances.
Great team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
