Act as technical focal point for transmission line scope in multidisciplinary projects.
You will have a chance to expand your capability to not only transmission line system but also the other assignments of Thermal Power Plant, Solar, Wind, etc.
Review EPC contractor designs and ensure compliance with project requirements, technical standards, and client expectations.
Provide input into technical due diligence (TDD), feasibility studies, and owner’s engineering scopes.
Support bid preparation, tender evaluation, and contract clarification for regional projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable international standards (IEC, IEEE) and local SEA regulations and utility practices.
Participate in site visits, construction support, and BD & Sales support when required.
Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Perform other assignments as required by Supervisor.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university.
5–10+ years of experience in transmission line engineering (overhead and/or underground systems).
Proven experience in regional projects across Southeast Asia (e.g., Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia).
Experience in consulting, Owner’s Engineer (OE), LTA, or EPC environments.
Strong knowledge of: Transmission line design principles and standards (IEC, IEEE, or equivalent), Structural loading, tower design interfaces, and line performance analysis
Hands-on experience with key engineering tools such as: PLS-CADD, PLS-TOWER (highly preferred), AutoCAD or equivalent drafting tools
Familiarity with high-voltage systems (115kV–500kV or above) and utility design practices.
Experience working with multinational clients, utilities, and regional stakeholders.
Understanding of environmental constraints, ROW issues, and permitting processes in SEA is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Ability to lead tasks independently as well as working in a team.
Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and within multidisciplinary project teams.
Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal and coordination skills and a willingness to learn.
Solid report writing and communication skills, able to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel for short-term missions for project execution or training purposes.
Fluency in English and Thai, both verbal and written skills.
