You will be part of renewable team and report to Head of Renewable and Data Center.
Lead or participate in wind technical assignment with ensuring compliance with industrial best
practice, standards, and regulations.
Conduct site survey or site inspection for the greenfield or brownfield as per the scope and
assignment, techno-commercial feasibility study, conceptual design, technical due diligence,
tender documents and tendering process, and project construction and execution.
Conduct technical analyses or software simulations for wind farm project to develop turbine
layout, conceptual design, energy yield assessment, or validate plant performance.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in wind, or other renewable technologies and
integrate them into projects.
You will bring a direct coordination to the Project Manager for successful coordination of
project.
You will be able to monitor the planning, the budget, the safety aspects and the technical
quality of the project.
Mentor, Train and support junior engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
Coordinate or share technical expertise with the engineering and project management team.
Support business development by providing your technical expertise of wind energy domain.
Report the project status to the supervisor on a regular basis.
Coordinate with engineering or other department in order to complete the task and
assignment.
You will think wide and with initiative to detect potential risks for the projects and propose
mitigation measures.
You will take part in the development of the team (expertise, innovation).
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Wind Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or
a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in wind energy yield analysis or wind turbine technology
Minimum 10 years of experience in the renewable energy projects including but not limited to
technical due diligence, techno – commercial feasibility study, EPC tendering, etc.
Strong understanding of wind energy principles and renewable energy technologies
Excellent in wind resource assessment and energy yield analysis with relevant software tools
(e.g., WindPro, GIS, CFD, MATLAB etc).
Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
Dynamic and have great interpersonal skills, willing to learn and good team player.
Solid reporting and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written skills.
You are willing to travel for short term missions for project or training purposes.
The position is based in Bangkok (Two Pacific Tower – Nana BTS Station) Manila or Hanoi.
