The Nippon Koei Energy Thailand team had the honor of participating in a seminar organized by the Thai Wind Energy Association, titled “Wind & Hybrid Energy: The New Frontier for Thailand’s Net Zero Integrating 100GW Low-Wind, Co-location Firming, and TPA Grid Access.” This event took place in Bangkok on September 7, 2026. During the seminar, our team presented successful international experiences in implementing Third-Party Access (TPA) frameworks for renewable energy projects, drawing on practical lessons from Europe and Japan.
As Thailand seeks new strategies to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy, knowledge sharing among industry stakeholders will be essential. The seminar served as an important platform to discuss how future grid access models can support greater participation from renewable energy developers and consumers, thus advancing the country’s long-term net-zero goals.
